Diffusion-kinetics code
The diffusion kinetics code can be used model the chemistry of planetary atmospheres. The code solves the 1-D diffusion-kinetic equations for each species in the model. The code currently supports any gas phase reactions and the kinetics part can be easily coupled to more complicated dynamics code.

JWST noise model
This code computes the expected noise level for JWST transit observations following the approach in Greene et al. (2016).
